My name is Desiree Reyes, and I am the owner of Desire Beauty Services. I am a 7x-certified and licensed permanent make-up artist. I have trained with some of the best instructors in the Atlanta, Chicago, West Covina, New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas areas. I specialize in semi-permafrost make-up. I help provide women with beautiful and fuller brows to give them easy-to-maintain and ready-to-go brows that make them feel beautiful. I am located at 3701 Charles Blvd., Greenville, NC.
